Advantage of this textile waste recycling line :

Working flow introduction:

Step 1: Raw  material first be cut into pieces ( length adjustable from  5cm-20cm);

Step 2: the shorten raw material will go through the feeding machine MF-1200(Optional).This model is specially designed for this producing line.

Step 3: After step 2, materials will be sent to MQK-700. Finished products from this machine are cotton mix with some thread. This is one of the most important

Part of this textile waste recycling line, protects the fiber on the greatest level.

Step 4: This part is another important part of the whole line. It is the further process of the product get from step 3. After this step, we will get the cotton nearly same as the raw cotton. It can be reused again in many relating industries.

Step 5: Bale the finished products by hydraulic baling machine. Optional .
