Manufacturer will arrange production that base on the confirmed sealed samples, if products have been defective at time of sale to Distributor, the Manufacturer will send replacement and put into future outgoing container, or offer similar products with the same price to the Distributor. If the products to be broken down after selling caused by distributor ,distributor's agents, employees or representative etc, Manufacturer shall not provide replacement . This responsibility can be co-determinationed by the manufacturer / Distributor, arbitrament by the third party shall be available if any disputed.
