INTENDED USE:
HBsAb Infectious Test Cassette is a Chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for direct qualitative detection of Hepatitis B type virus surface antibody (HBsAb) in human serum /plasma and whole blood.
This tests are available in strip and cassette format. The procedure is simple and requires no additional instrumentation to read the results.
PROCEDURE
Serum or Plasma Sample
Collect 100-150ml or 2-3 drops of serum, plasma in a sample well or tube, then vertically stick the strip in the sample well or tube . Observe the result in 5-30 minutes.
Whole Blood Sample
Collect 1-2 drops of whole blood in a sample well or tube, then add 1 drop of blood diluent from diluent bottle. Gently mix the blood with the diluent. Insert the strip vertically into sample well or tube. Observe the result in 5-30 minutes.
