2-part liquid silicone rubber,which is particularly suitable for injection molding with tracking resistance 1A 3.5
grade, mixing ration of parts A:B=1:1,catalyzed by platinum.The appearance of A is transparent and B is grey.

5) Storage
Correctly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 30). SQUARE® LSR1510-35A/B LSR1510-45A/Bhas a shelf life of 12 months. The ready to use LSR1510-35A/B LSR1510-45A/B should be kept tightly closed, if doesnt , it will affect the shelf life.
6) How to use
Ready-to-use mixturescomponent A and Bare fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit called static mixer. The mixtureat the mixing ratio 11 is injected into the heated mould. The shelf life is 7 days (23°C) after mixing. The pipline should be cleared if the machine wont work for long time.
7) Packaging
SQUARE®SR1510-35A/B,LSR1510-45A/B are available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
