High Precision CNC Equipment
We're specialized in manufacturing all kinds of extremely complicated shoe moulds, which is designed through computer 2D,3D Software and adopt DMU50 evolution 5 shaft linkage process center and CNC 3  assembling to complete high-precision five- sides process flexibly and make bottom part, mould ring and lasts in conformity.
 
Reconditioning,Mould Closing And Finishing
After the Mould is carried out CNC processed  finishing  It will be completed  through  electric grinding fine arrangement, electric polishing,  erosive  design, computer lettering,  shoe  last coordination,  and  surface technology treatment.
 
Assembly And Mould Testing
The molding size of product is in accordance with design requirements, and each size realizes the coordination uniformly. The size of bottom mold , side ring mold and last of each mold is in conformity with customer requirements.
 
Quality Mould Regulation
The Moulds are carried out strict inspection when leaving Company, and they are in accordance with the requirements of receiving inspection.
 1.The cavity, core and hardness test is more than HR80Centidegree
2.After the mould is formed, if baked under 400 Centidegree high temperature, there is no transformation and no deterioration.
