The unit mainly used for longitudinal cutting, tension leveling, coding and cut to length of coil. Specifications include (0.52-4mm) x 600-1250mm; (4-10mm) x 1800mm. Electronic control adopts DC or frequency control, operation part of whole line adopts hydraulic control.

Process: Entry coil car - uncoiler- steering device - front S roller- bending- tension leveling-rear S roller-steering device - cutting machine-float coiler-exit coil car.
