5) Storage:
Correctly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 27°C). SQUARE@ LSR20**-40A/B has a shelf life of 180 days. The ready to use LSR20**-40A/B should be kept tightly closed, if it doesn’t , it will affect the shelf life.

6)How to use
Ready-to-use mixtures(components A and B)are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer). The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1:1) is injected into the heated mould,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.

The safe operating period is 3days under airproof condition and 20°C, after mixing component A and B. The safe operating period will be shorter when the temperature is higher.
