ZK5 Bogie 

Summary: This bogie is suitable for various freight cars with standard gauge, 21t axle load and the maximum operating speed of 120km/h. It has such features as three-piece casting steel bogie structure, but adopts particular spring plank and rocker seat, etc. which similar to swing mechanism of passenger car, and has two-staged horizontal rigidity to increase the horizontal flexibility of the car. The bogie is comprised of wheelset and bearing, bolster assembly, side frame assembly, elastic suspension device and damping device, constant contact side bearing and brake rigging, etc.
