2) Product Description
SQUARE@LSR39XXMU is one kind of 2-part liquid silicone rubber,catalyzed by platinum, mixing ratio of parts A:B=1:1,suitable for injection molding processes,meet biology activityrequirement of ISO 10993.

4) Applications
Be suitable for making medical instruments used inside or outside of human body
5) Storage:
Stored in its original unopened container at room temperature (max. 30°C). it
has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
6) How to use:
Ready-to-use mixtures(component A and B)are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer). The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1:1) is injected into the heated mould at the mould temperature of 160-200°C,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.
Ready-to-use mixtures(component A and B)are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer). The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1:1) is injected into the heated mould at the mould temperature of 160-200°C,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.
7)Packaging
SQUARE@LSR39xxMU A/B is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
