This product is one kind of 2-part liquid silicone rubber,
catalyzed by platinum,mixing ration of parts A:B=1:1;
mainly suitable for uthermic electric parts PCB,CPU,
MPU and LED heat-eliminating and encapsulation,with
the features of high temperature-resistant and outstanding
heat-eliminating.

5. How to use
2-part, 1 to 1 mix, spread the silicone on the ready to seal place, curring for 24 hours or heated to the temperature of 120and then cure.
Mixing AB at the rate of 11, spreading the silicone gel on the seal -needed position, the curing time is 24 hours at room temperature and half an hour at 120centigrade.
6.Packaging1kg/jar or 20kg/barrel.
