BS-9083N Series Ni-Cd/Ni-MH cell formation and grading equipment
Features:
l It is designed for use in the formation and grading of Ni-Cd/Ni-MH rechargeable cells.
l Each channel owns the separated constant current-constant voltage circuit, smooth transition from constant current to constant voltage, so channels will not influence to each other.
l Omit relay and achieve noncontact control, improves stability greatly.
l Modular design ensures reliability and easy maintenance.
l Automatic adjust charge current, discharge current and constant voltage for easy operation
l Each cabinet has 16 groups, as it is bilateral structure, with 8 groups on each side and 32 cells each group, so the whole cabinet can test 512 cells.
l It provides five grading modes: capacity grading, time grading, capacity plus curve grading, time plus curve grading, capacity plus voltage grading.
l Testing process allows16 steps parameters and store 16 curves of cells charge and discharge.
l Every channel has a LED indicator which shows holding state of cell.
l Communication: RS-485, baud rate: 57.6Kbit
l Every computer can control 1~10 set(s) of equipment at the same time.
l It can protect data when power failure and continue to run when power is restored.
l The equipment can work off-line.
