Main Application:

         Model GWM-56B tunnel microwave sterilizing  & drying machine is recently developed by our company,  which can  be used for the drying and sterilization of Chinese traditional medicine solid preparations (e.g. honeyed bolus, watered pill, water-honey bolus, condensed pill, medicinal powder and granules etc.), crude drugs and sliced Chinese herbal medicines, as well as the sterilization of bottled liquid preparations such as oral liquid and syrup etc. Besides, it can be widely applied to the drying, sterilization and rot-resistance of foods, chemicals, wood and paper products etc. It has the virtue of rapid drying, well-distributed, energy saving, high efficiency, easy to operate and control, safety and non-pollution etc.

 

Structural Features:

        (1) It can adapt to bad conditions due to its structural features. It is mainly applied to the places where environmental temperature is high, powder and dust are around, and continuously working. However, this kind of microwave equipment has higher cost because of its complicatedly manufacturing process.

        (2) Microwave signal generator  (magnetron)  is  installed on the ceiling of  this tunnel box. Feeder is made of brass sheets which are welded together by silver welding rods. So, microwave can directly radiate to the materials and microwave efficiency is greatly improved.

        (3) Furnace door adopts thickening structure in order to prevent microwave leakage resulted from high-temperature deformation. Besides, viewing windows are used and temperature probes are installed inside the box, which make the production visible and intuitional.

        (4) Electric-heating hot air device is added before the tunnel box, which can pre-heat materials. The exterior of box adopts stainless steel interlayer in whole, so as to keep the box warm and increase thermal efficiency.
