Structural Features:
Model SLD-60 fully-automatic & electric counting-tablet machine is made and designed by adopting European/American technologies and it is qualified for the GMP certification. It integrates mechanics, pneumatics and photoelectric principles into a whole with structure reasonable and steady. The key unit inspecting electric eye is imported from Germany, and its counting is accurate, the speed of response is fast and the rate of distinguish is high. The controlling system adopts Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) resulting in stable performance. The falling of materials is vibrating movement and therefore medicinal materials cannot be damaged and worn. Because a big touch screen is used, it is clear interface that brings operators convenience. The whole working course is displayed on the touch screen; the operation is simple and intuitionistic. Fault finding and its display make operating and maintaining easy.

 

Operating Principles:
First, medicinal materials are poured into the hopper. Crossing through the initially adjusted vibrating feed in plate, medical grains in the hopper will continuously do the forward vibration along the vibrating rail until they fall down through the frontal photoelectric inspecting channel. As a result, photo electric sensor is touched and begins to count tablets. As soon as medical grains reach the scheduled quantity, PLC will give a signal to electro-pneumatic valve so as to close the feed opening. Then, counted grains will fall into the outgoing bottles and the course of tablet counting is finished. As long as any inaccurate counting happens, this machine can pick out the bottle automatically, ensuring its 100% precision for every bottle.
