2507 is a ferritic-austenitic(duplex) stainless steel, combined the excellent performance of ferritic steel and austenitic steel, as the chromium and molybdenum content is high, it has a very good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion. Duplex microstructure organization ensured the capacity to high stress corrosion cracking, but also high mechanical strength.
