1, The composition of the machine
The full machine is made up of portal frame, spray system, wax foam system, driving system, computer control and operate system, the optional parts are chassis cleaner, water recycle system and glass room.
2, The main structure of the machine
(1)Portal frame: Frame is the main body of the car washer, using the steel plate bending forming, is made up of left and right stand post, basement and top frame. The left and right post is treated with against rust and surface coating.
(2)Spray system: The spray system is made up of high pressure paint, high pressure pipe, nozzle, water pump which is used to d o the washing of the car, the connection between pipes, pipes and water pumps, foam pump by the pipe joint.
(3)Wax foam system: Mainly made up of high pressure foam machine and wax pump. It is used to soften besmirch of the car surface, so make the car cleaner.
(4)Driving system: All the driving system is installed at the basement of the main frame, and drives the roller by the slow transmission system, make the car washing machine drives along with the gantry. The speed reduction box uses the famous brand in home.
(5)Computer control and operation system: The electrical control system of whole machine is installed in the electric control cabinet of body post, through the operating system to realize the automatic control of car washing machine. The core of the control system is PLC, through the testing of the photoelectric sensor to control the spraying and driving of the car.
