1. Introduce
DEGC1250N is a non-halogen, low-smoke, flame-retardant, radiation crosslinking XLPE, low corrosive, and lowtoxic Oil-proof compound. It has been designed for general purpose medium and low voltage applications. Especially for rolling stock, automobile wire. If need. Standard color concentrates(EVA or PE based)can be used or we can provide directly color compound. The compound has the following features: Good physical properties, Good electrical properties, Highly flame-retardant, Excellent processability.
2. Processing Techniques
It has excellent processability, it'Draw-Down Ratio is greater than 2: 1. Pressure Die, Semi-pressure Die, Tube-on Die can be used. It can be processed with ordinary screw extruder with L/D=18-25\Screw compression ratio≤ 3: 1.
Recommended processing temperature:
110\140\155\160\165\160 Die
The above temperature can be adjusted according to actual situation, but generally not exceed 175.
Recommended radiation dose: 15-17Mrad.
