Description:

Optostar’s OP-MA235S1S3-80 / OP-MA253S1S3-80 Bi-Directional transceiver is a high performance, cost

effective module for Bi-Direction serial optical data communication application, all versions are compliant with

SONET/SDH recommendations with SONET OC-12/SDH STM-4 recommendation. This module is designed

for  Single-Mode  single  fiber,  operates  at  the  normal  wavelength  of  1490/1550  nm.  The  transmitter  section incorporates  an  advanced  DFB  and  driver  IC  with  temperature  compensation  and  automatic  power  control circuit.  The  receiver  section  incorporates  an  efficient  InGaAs/InP  PIN  photodiode  and  transimpedance  with AGC for wide dynamic range. An integrated WDM coupler separates 1490nm and 1550nm light.
