Cone Crusher Application:
Shanghai Kunke cone crusher is applicable for crushing many kinds of mineral stone or rocks with medium or above hardness .Crushing chamber type is decided by the mineral stone use,standard for medium crushing;medium for middle fine crushing;short head type for fine crushing.
Cone crusher Structure Features:
1.This cone crusher is composed of machine frame,drives,eccentric part,bowl-type bearings,broken cone part,holding cover,adjustment sleeve part,spring,hydraulic station that’s used for adjusting discharge mouth and the thin oil lubrication station for providing lubrication oil.
2.This series cone crusher with compact constructure and high production effeciency.When need to adjust the size of the discharge mouth,you can adjust by starting the hydraulic station through blow tank.When the crushed material into the crushing chamber,the spring safe device can protect equipment from damage.
Cone crusher operating principle:
When cone crusher is working, motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate. The eccentric sleeve drives the transmission shaft and cone part to make swing movement. When they swing to the extent that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall, the rocks and ores are pressed and crushed constantly in the crushing cavity.
