FU-1 sintered bronze bearing, its bronze powder is pressed under high pressure and sintered under high tempreture, after that, it is oil impregnated for better lubrication. It can be used under condition of medium speed and low load. It can work without oil for short time and it is cost effective and high precision in dimention. It is widely used in mini electrical parts, home appliance, electrical tools, textile machines, chemical industry, auto industry and office equipment, etc.

FU-2 sintered iron powder bearings, it can avoid seizing shaft due to the oil content in the bushing. Same as bronze powder bearings, FU-2 bushing has good performance of anti-friction if it is works under low load. It can be widely used in sliding part of textile machines, electric tools shock absorbers of auotmobile and motorcycle. Under static condition, it can be used as base housing for guiding and fixing position.

FU-3 sintered bronze & iron bearings has the advantage of FU-1 and FU-2. The proportion of iron and bronze can be decided by customers' actual application. The bushing is of low cost but it can satisfy customers' variety requirement better.
