The holder is Cobalt Blue, the Stim is Clear, the Base is Cobalt Blue.  It is 7In. tall.  It has many TINY air bubbles on inside of glass to indicate Hand Blown. this is a beautiful piece to add to your collection.  No chips or cracks.  Any questions please contact me.
