One, Product summary

The agent which can reduce the crude freezing point is called Pour Point Depressant. PPD usually has two categories that one is surfactant and another is polymer.Our company have four different kins of crude PPDs.Thery are Ethylene-vinyl acetate esters copolymers, Acrylate - with maleic anhydride copolymers, Acrylic high carbon alcohol ester/maleic anhydride/vinyl acetate copolymer and Styrene - with maleic anhydride - high-level mixed ester esterification resin four kinds.

 

(1)DESHI-PPDs-1:This product is formed with Ethylene-vinyl acetate esters copolymers with a PHE-VA code and it is white or yellowish solid powder and can soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene and diesel etc.organic solvent.It's mainly used as PPD for the crude contaning with wax during the gathering, storage and transport.The freezing point reducing value of crude containing wax is changing with the hydrolysid degree rate rapidly.The wax(paraffine) dropping and removal performance is best at a 50% hydrolysid degree rate and this performance is affected by ester content in the EVA raw material greatly.

 

(2)DESHI-PPDs-2:This product is formed with acrylates-maleic anhydride duarity copolymer.It is cream colored solid that can soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene and diesel etc.organic solvent.It is used as the crude PPDs for the waxy crude duing the storage and trasport and it has good sensitivity to the crude containing much wax. This product can reduce the crude freezing point, apparent viscosity and yield value by changing the crystallization form and structure so to make the high waxy crude can be transported effectively and have a large use scaleã?‚It should be blended to a certain content solution at a crude preheating treatment temperature of 60℃ or so when our operation.  

 

(3)DESHI-PPDs-3:This product is formed with Acrylic high carbon alcohol ester-Maleic anhydride-Vinyl acetate ternary copolymers that can soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene and diesel etc.organic solvent. It's mainly used for the pour point depression and visosity reducing of the waxy crude gatering.This product has a relatively good pour point depression performance and can develop the crude mobility and rheology at a low temperature obviously but has a worse effect on the high waxy crude.This product is selective.That's means more wax content ,more dosage of this product when we treat the different content crude.It has a best performance at a 60-70℃ preheating temperature.

 

(4)DESHI-PPDs-4:This product is formed with Styrene-Maleic anhydride-Advanced mixed ester esterfied resin as white powder that can soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene and diesel etc.organic solvent.It has a good sensitivity to the crude and marked pour point depression and viscosity reducing performance with a large use scale.Users should make a certain content solution and then add into the crude as a suggested dosage 25mg/L as the rule of higher freezing point more dosage.The suggested preheating temperature is 60℃.

Three, Application

(1)DESHI-PPDs-1ï¼?This product is mainly used as crude pour point depressant.

(2)DESHI-PPDs-2：This product is mainly used as waxy crude pour point depressnt.

(3)DESHI-PPDs-3：This product is mainly used for the pour point depression, viscosity reducing of waxy crude.

(4)DESHI-PPDs-4：This product is mainly used as paraffin inhibitors and pour point depressant.

Four, Field use

Prepare and use this product according to the manual on the surface of the package and the introduction by the field engineer.

Five, Package and Stockpile

(1):DESHI-PPDs-1：This product is packaged by the plastic or galvanized vat which is 200Kg per vat.We should prevent the product from solarization, drench and hitting�It must be stockpiled in shady, ventilated, dry storage.

(2):DESHI-PPDs-1：This product is packaged by Topical kraft paper packaging with inner plastic bag and it must be stockpiled in shady,  ventilated, dry places to prevent it from salarazation and drench.
