Detailed Descsription of KXT Rubber Expansion Joint
Introduction:
1. This product can greatly reduce pipeline system shock and noise. And can fundamentally resolve pipe joints displacement, axial stretch and non-concentricity.
2. By using different materials, it can be made many kinds to cater for different medium and environment. Such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance and heat resistance etc.
3. The material is polar rubber, sealing is very good. It is in light weight, very easy for installation and maintenance. This product has long life performance, but must be not contact with sharp metal instruments to avoid piercing the sphere.
4. If used at overhead station, need to use flexible support, tight the bolt diagonally during installation.
5. If the pipeline pressure is too high, need to use limit bolt to connect the both ends flange together.
6. Flange connection comply with GB4216.3-4216.5 standard, if use other standard, need to notice again. Working pressure grade is 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa.
