The brewer’s grains dryer is comprised of heat source, dehydrator, feeding machine, support, rotary drum, discharging machine, induced-draft fan, tripper, and power distribution cabinet etc. In order to get low consumption and high output effect, all the accessory equipment will be designed by our technical team according to the parameters of customers’ requirement including of output, moisture content before and after drying, temperature requirement and so on.

The brewer’s grains will be fed by feeding machine, after dehydration, brewer’s spent grains will enter the rotary drum, the wet beer lees distributes the dryer equably and contacts with the hot air fully when flipped by the lifting plate inside the rotary drum, this will quicken the heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, with action of the inclined lifting plate and heat medium, the dried residue of beer is discharged from the star-shape discharge valve to another side of the rotary drum dryer.
