Crystal-steel inner tank

It is made by steel layer and crystal layer. Crystal layer is coated on the steel. The thickness of crystal is 2mm and steel is 4mm. The structure of inner tank using isolation technique among pressure to anti-corrosion and leak proof which is pressured on crystal layer and other function on steel layer. "crystal steel tank" is different with enamel tank or stainless steel. There is not any weld as one-time run model confection on high temperature, fully integrated, uniform coverage. Crystal is anti-acid, alkali-resistant (anti-corrosion), high temperature (anti-aging under 140 degree). And itself is poor conductor for thermal to keep water temperature. Many complex tests are proved that crystal steel tank is ideal material for water tank. Operating life is 12 years.
