Process Parameter:
- ·Equipment for thermal film: dry and wet film laminator
- ·lamination temperature: 95~105℃
- ·Roller pressure: 10-20Mpa
- ·Speed: 8-20 m/min
Directions for using BOPP thermal laminating film:
| 1. | Normal process temperature is 90℃-105℃, roller pressure and temperature vary with different types of paper, ink and machines. |
| 2. | When using the film for the first time or do other treatment, try a small volume before mass laminating. |
| 3. | Make sure the ink is dry before laminating. It will delaminate when the paper contains too much moisture and powder. |
| 4. | Make sure put the material in a low-temperature, dry place. |
