General Introduction:
This series packing machine could do bag-forming, measuring, filling, sealing, printing , cutting as well as counting function, which consists of the whole packing process.
Characteristics:
1.Adopt stepping motor control, more precise bag forming, forming size accuracy is less than 1mm.
2.Two side heat sealing with PID temperature controller to have more accurate temperature control, more strong sealing quality, more wider usage of packing material.
3.Micro-computer processor to ensure the setting of the bag length without changing any parts, preset counter, bag length, packing speed indicator are the part of the function.
4.To ensure the perfect function , the unit automatically stop/alarm when: door open, photo mark misaligned, packing material used out, overloaded.
5.Pre-set cutter Device. Can Pruduce Chain Bags with perforation cutting, and cut off every 6 or 12 pcs. According to client’s requirement.
