1. Instructions
High precision laser sensor from welding seam tracker is to explore welding seam position exactly.
Then let welding torch move left/right up/down to trace welding seam. Increase welding speed and suface welding. Acheive welding automation.
It has independent operating system, our tracker can control sliders up/down left/right separately according to the changes of welding seam
2.Functions
When the welding seam is long, not straight, or spiral, our machine can control welding torch move along welding seam direction strictly, thus saving cost, improving welding efficiency, ensuring machining precision, and achieving good internal quality and nice appearance.
3. Specification
Remark: We can also make seam tracker in special specification for user demands.
