Fast easily binding
Fast easily binding off net (also known as template mesh of demolition-free) is a permanent template which is developed in the early 80s. The raw material is hot-dipped thin steel, is processed to a template which has one-way U-dense rib cage and one-way three-dimensional grid. The mesh has the advantage of excellent mechanical properties and light weight, adapts to sub-cast concrete, with a wide range of practical and advanced scientific. Fast easily binding off net is made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, in line with the 1982 British Standard 2989.Z2.G275. 1984 the British Standard into a 399 first and Shi Zhang Hunan-Dutch cross-sectional cut-off of the implementation of the loading order (formerly CP3 chapter V section chapter).
Fast easily binding off net is fixed as expendable template, when the concrete is pouring behind the template, the bevel of the mesh will embed on the concrete, then format a mechanical wedge which is connected to a cast block nearby. Joints subject to strict quality control, the strength of adhesion and shear can compare with well-treated coarse stitching. Fast easily binding off net will enable that casting process is directly observed to reduce the porosity and cellular and other emerging risks. Easier to cut (such as the cutting wheel machine), bend, and shape.Installation instructions:
The mesh can be used with conventional stent system together, is adequate used to stand center distance the equivalent of 20mm plywood. Can be used in vertical or horizontal, but the skeleton must form a straight angle in order to support. Skeleton must always be prepared to accept the side of pouring the concrete. It can be cut with heavy scissors or grinding wheel-chip sector or other means.
Die-phase should be set to combine with the outside framework and to tie in the spacing of 150mm, in the end of Die there should be 150mm overlap mouth and good support.
