Main Features

1.       The machine adopts the all-steel welded structure, reasonable design, modular assembly facilitates use and maintenance.

2.       Both single and double roller adopts dual roots, so that the veneer is more smooth.

3.       The original feeding of the peeling knife and edge is changed and worm gear reducer two-way transmission is used for feeding of the veneer peeling lathe ,so as to enable a more stable quality veneer.

4.       Using the latest procedure transducer and coder, servo motors, etc.It optimizes the composition of feeding system, so that evenness error of the veneer is smaller

5.       appending automatic  switch system for knife gate,it is more reasonable for the mechanical structure working in the process from  the large diameter shaft to the small diameter one

6.       The body of the machine is lubricated by  hand-pump

7.       Lower rear axle, so that the feeding of the log and retreating veneer is easier and more convenient.

Brief Introduction

Gem Series veneer Peeling lathe adapts to a variety of soft and hard wood.  The largest processing  diameter of the log is 300mm and  the smallest surplus wood diameter is 30mm. The range of peeled veneer is  from 0.4mm to 3.6mm. The peeled veneer is smooth and even.   It is ensured that the peeled veneer thickness is within 0.1mm error.
