coal slime dryer (coal sludge dryer, coal slurry dryer) is one of horizontal rotary, which is specially designed for coal slime drying only. The first area is guide area. In this area, the wet coal sludge contact to high temperate air and the moisture is evaporated rapidly and move to the second area instantly by the big value angle lifter. Second area is cleaning and crushing area. There are lots of chains and grids which crush the coal sludge smaller and clean the sticking coal sludge on the wall; they are also increase the heat exchange area and drying speed. The third area located all the small camber angle lifters. The coal sludge is drying to be the intended moisture content and the granularity of the coal sludge is loosening below 5 mm. The fourth area is the output area, connected to the outlet port.
