  Coal sludge dryer introduction:
 
     Coal sludge dryer is one of horizontal rotary, which is specially designed for coal sludge drying only. Dingli‘s coal sludge dryer is a full automatically product line with stability and security, the process capacity of single dryer is 10-15-20-30-40-60-80t/h; the moisture content of the sludge can be decreased from 30±5% to 10±2%; the low caloric value of the coal sludge would raise by 1000-1500kcal. The size of the dryer cylinder is ¢1.4-¢4.5m, length 15m-30m.
    Based on the diverse coal sludge’s features in different area, DINGLI’S coal sludge dryer solves the wall sticking successfully by a variety of lifters, cleaning devices and broken device, forward flow drying make a good heat transaction, it increase the drying efficiency and heat utilization, reduce the 0ff-gas’s temperature and emission concentration , make sure that it’s energy-saving and environmental protection by strictly controlling the drying temperature , pressure , flowing rate and revolving rate.
 
   Drying process
 
        The puzzle of coal sludge drying by the rotary dryer is the wall sticking. So dingli’s coal sludge dryer are separated to four areas inside the cylinder for wall anti-sticking sake. The first area is guide area. In this area, the wet coal sludge contact to high temperate air and the moisture is evaporated rapidly and move to the second area instantly by the big value angle lifter. Second area is cleaning and crushing area. There are lots of chains and grids which crush the coal sludge smaller and clean the sticking coal sludge on the wall; they are also increase the heat exchange area and drying speed. The third area located all the small camber angle lifters. The coal sludge is drying to be the intended moisture content and the granularity of the coal sludge is loosening below 5 mm. The fourth area is the output area, connected to the outlet port.
