YM-1000 Sheller of Corn Cobs

The machine mainly consists of machine body, feed hopper, rollers, the outlet of corn cob, and so on. There are both of screwed groove and convexity on the surface of the rollers.

After being feed in the hopper, the Corn Cobs will be distributed into two couples of rollers. In each couple of rollers, the driving roller with screwed groove will drive the corn cobs both of rotating and going forward. In the course of going, the skin of the cob will be torn open by the convexity on the rollers, and then be gripped by the rotating rollers, continuously be separated from the cob. Finally, both of the skin and the bare corn cob will flow out from each outlet separately.
