It adopts highly integrated MCU of Japan Fujitsu which specializes in high operation speed, high precision (32-bit), large memory, strong anti-interference etc. and is widely used in environments requiring high reliability such as industrial control, automobile control circuit etc.
On the basic of scientific and technological progress and through analyzing and summarizing advantages and disadvantages of worldwide similar products in the past ten years, it is designed not only to improve elevator control performances but also further emphasizes on enhancing anti-interference capabilities, interference environment survey and monitoring on peripheral devices & hoistway signals.
In consideration of different customers’’ demands, menu management consists of a 3-level password(user, manufacturer and company) on the LCD display. Professionals or Non-professionals are able to complete intellectualized and extended debugging of elevator function selection, parameter setup, fault diagnosis, internal logic status observation and program run optimization etc.
Speed reference includes analog and digital modes. After investigation and comparison with different kinds of elevators’ start and stop curves, a comprehensive algorithm based on the principle of run distance and run speed was developed for the system which achieved an optimized curve reference of stepless shift and alterable speed switch points. All of improve elevator comfort and run efficiency and make it especially suitable for application in distinctive change of floor heights (0.5m~20m or more)
Self-adaptive algorithm for leveling accuracy, which combines the traditional “Time” principle with “Position” principle, implements a leveling accuracy of less than 3mm.
Compact hardware structure, 4 layers SMT, Serial CAN bus communication, Network structure design and in addition of unique interference evaluation on ground connection, encoder performance and input interface strongly guarantees system credibility.
Built-in expert systems for self-diagnosis & troubleshooting display real-time information on the LCD. All serial / parallel signals can be watched. Through internal clock chip, systems record the latest 10 fault information including date (year, month, day, hour, minute, second), type, cause, floor etc. Therefore, it improves efficiency of debugging and maintenance on site.
It is equipped with all –purpose interface for encoder connection, which means it can be freely connected to encoders of different voltage and different models from different manufacturers. There is no requirement of frequency separating on inverter and is especially convenient for use of gearless machine.
It has passed National EMC testing.
