Polyaluminium Chloride (Poly Aluminium Chloride, Poly Aluminum Chloride), short for PAC
Poly-aluminium Chloride()PAC), is a new type of high performance inorganic macromolecule flocculating agent, it takes aluminum hydroxide, hydrochloric acid synthesis, calcium aluminum powder as raw materials made of advanced technology, has the advantage of good flocculation effect, purification effect is better than the traditional aluminum sulfate, iron salt, other common inorganic coagulant and the general category of basic aluminum chloride, solid product using spray-drying technology , can be used widely in industrial water treatment and other water purification.

Main Features of PAC
Compared with other coagulants, this product possesses the following advantages.
1. *Less dosage than traditional coagulants, excellent water quality after purification.
2. *Wider application, better water adaptation.
3. *Quickly shape big alum bubble, and with good precipitation.
4. *Little declining range of PH value and alkalinity of water after treatment.
5. *Less sediment, easy fordehydrating.
6. *Better adaptation to PH value (5-9).
7. *Residual salt is at the least, thus good for ion exchange processing and manufacturing of high quality water.
8. *Strong adaptability for turbidity, alkalinity, organic matter content.
9. *Keeping stable precipitation effect at lower water temperature.
10. *Lower residual aluminum content, purified water′s quality is in line with national standards.
11. *Llittle corrisive to equipments , easily dissolved in the water.

Features of Spray Dried Process
1. The features of pressure type spray dried method is determined by the operating principle of pressure type atomizer. The output product after pressure type spray dried process is porous fine particle or hollow fine particle, which shows the features of superiors dustproof and flowing property. Owing to its bigger contact area between itself and surrounding water than other powder products, it shows better wettabiliy and quicker water purifying speed. Spray granulation is to dry polyaluminium chloride and atomize to be minute particle simultaneously.
2. Poly aluminium chloride is water soluble substance and shows features of good thermal stability and high solubility. Polyaluminium chloride solution with 40-50% solid content on drying is introduced to high pressure pump, atomized in atomizer of dryer to be minute fog drop which is the dried to be granular products. Dehydration and granulation are made simultaneously in this process.
