The forming part is rotary type and continuous producing with open loop control. It is developed and manufactured out in 2 years by ourselves. The line use Mitsubishi PLC control, all components run stable with low failure rate and high yield rate. Mixing machine works well and control the density of the gypsum liquid uniformly. Gypsum powder level height in the storage large bin can be sen on the operation panel.
