SSD368HD hydraulic drill is suitable for drilling the holes: blasting holes or pre-splitting holes of large and middle scale surface mines; shoring bolt hole of road, rail slope and dam; It is alternative product of Chinese-made pneumatic drill and imported hydraulic drill, which are used for domestic large and medium-sized open-pit mine, hydropower station earthwork and stonework engineering; and can be widely used in open-pit mine exploitation and anchor engineering.
Full hydraulic control reduces the purchase cost. Promote and rotary organization is controlled by hydraulic, and it makes the operation flexible and convenient; it is suitable for high-low air pressure work; and is 1.5 times lower than pneumatic drill air consumption; under the same condition, it can reduce equipment purchase cost.
High efficiency of drilling hole and low operation cost. Hydraulic system and high conversion efficiency makes the most power of this equipment 60KW less than complete sets of equipment of pneumatic drill, and can save 12 litre fuel per hour; hydraulic motor drive promote box produces much higher torque and propulsion than pneumatic drill; it is more suitable for DTH percussion tools which drill 90 - 165mm holes, to break and peel rock, to improve its perforation efficiency.
The rig is flexible and suitable for construction plant. The rig can walk itself by crawler, and has truck mounted power, which comes from internal combustion engine and motor power. The chassis is hinged and floating so it has better mobility and applicability and good stability. This rig has concise drill arm structure, this reduces hinged points of the carriage, is better for the stability when drill blasting holes.
