PVC spiral steel wire reinforced pipe production line
Main performance characteristic:
1.Our company develop the new type of plastic pipe production line, including extruder , spiral steel wire forming machine ,cooling water tank, haul-off unit ,coiling machine ,its biggest characteristic is that greatly reduce the thickness and cost of pipe .The pipe can bear 5-10MPa pressure and bring great convenience in construction.
2.The production line consist of extrude r, die , vacuum calibrating tank , haul-off unit , heating box ,steel wire weaving machine ,conduit machine , cladding machine ,cut-off machine , stacker and electrical control part ,etc.
3.Adopting high speed , high-efficiency extruder , ensure plasticization quality and production capacity.
4.Special design of steel wire weaving machine, uniform weaving , continuous production for a long time.
5.Special design of die make the pipe more transparent ,steel wire weaving uniformity , flexible length setting.
6.Pipe dia. Range from φ50mm to φ400mm , output from 100 to 400kg/h alternatively.
7.The whole machine adopt PLC control that achieve remote after-sale service.
