1. This production line is developed by our company through absorbing the latest and advanced technology. It is applicable for high speed extrusion of PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS etc.
2. High speed and high efficiency extrusion single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PE material, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. The Special grooved feeding bush with oil cooling system contributes to higher compactness and filling ability. Specially designed screw lesds to high output, low melting temperature, good plasticization effection and lower energy consumption.
3. Spiral diffluence type extrusion die is specially designed for PE material. Unique design of low-pressure inclined flow passage spiral/lattice basket die head ensures low temperature and high plasticizing extrusion of PE pipes; Specially designed die core spiral temperature control, ensures the performance of PE pipes

4. Vacuum calibrating water tank: equipped with two-stage vacuum system(for large diameter), advanced water recycle & high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water level & water temperature automatical control system.
5. Spray cooling water tank: Long cooling unit ensures high efficiency cooling.
6. Haul-off unit: special integral transmission unit avoids asynchrony of individual transmission. Various controlling methods ensure more flexible & accurate orientation, Accurate pressure regulating system makes hauling power adjustable.
7. Cutting unit: Full-hydraulic design of cutting unit ensures flexible pressure in state of cutting pipes, flexible adjustment for saw position & cutting depth. Unique non-scrap cutting unit enusre clean cutting section for 16mm to 315 mm pipe.
8. Controlling system: adopts one of the most advanced plastic extrusion machinery controlling systems----PLC. It can ensure much higher quality extrusion. PLC system ensures high speed, convenient internet function, much more accurate and flexible control. Intelligentized control order makes the operation more simple.
