PP/PE/PA single wall corrugated pipe production line
Main performance features:
1. This line mainly uses PVC, PP, PE material to produce small single wall corrugated pipes. It can form once through the corresponding mold and produce single wall corrugated pipes with homogeneous corrugation.
2. Close type corrugator and vacuum for forming
3. Forming module is moving in a closed tunnel back and forth.
4. Forming tunnel is cooled by water.
5. Forming module is made of hard alloy steel and anti-corrosion and abrasion. No any connection between forming module, the reduce time to change.
6. Provide single and double wall tenacious corrugation pipe head die.
