Stationary batching mixer is adopting twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it can mix evenly and efficiency. Driven by IPC, the operation is easy and highly automatic, which qualifies it for large-scale infrastructure projects in the construction of roads, bridges, dams, airports and ports.
1. batcher: with 3(4) aggregate bins and adopt accumulative weighing system
2. conveyor: adopting the Guard belt, it can distribute the material fast and stability, and it with cleaning device.
3. mixer: adopting twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it can mix evenly and fast, the ability is strong.
4. control system: controlled by computer with whole auto-operate, with the 15 years experience, the controlling procedure is designed perfectly. and the system needn't professional to operate. the people who get simple training can operate.
5. mixing Plant is operated in high voltage power. (Three-phase alternate current.380V/50HZ)
