Specifications

Non-dig integral forged drill pipes are used to transmit drill torque and pullback force during the directional drilling project. The manufacturing process of the pipes is very strict because the pipes must bear twist, pullback, friction and vibration in the course of drilling. The raw material used in Double Horse is all the alloy steel produced by BAOSTEEL. The green tubes are upset in both ends seamlessly without welding after laboratory examination. Then, the forged pipes are sent for heat treatment and threading. Finally, the pipes are plated with nickel-phosphor to enhance the hardness and tightness of the threads surface. The finished pipes will be sent to pass a series of tests such as tests for hardness, metallurgical structure, physical property, ect. before they are covered with paint.
