Glass washing and drying machine is used for cleaning and air-drying of flat glass panes. There are various types available for different glass, float, coating and with thickness 2-19mm and to width up to 1600mm, washing and drying sections can be elevated or lowered as a whole with digital display. Order can be customized.

Technical requirements
The machine adopts horizontal structure and mainly consists of loading section, washing section, drying section, unloading section, blower and electrical cabinet and so on.
All frames adopt national standard steel weld with painting on its covers
All parts touching with water adopts nice stainless steel plate with painting covering its surface.
All frame body with muffle can reduce noisy and improve working environment.
All rubber rollers with fully vulcanized at the diameter of 85mm.
Main convey adopts gear and speed regulation through converter, top rubber rollers is driven by chains with the feature of stability, reliability and speed display on gauge.
In loading section, there is one spray and water tank for pre -washing glass.
Three pairs of brushes with the diameter of 120mm, top brushes and bottom brushes are driven by motors. Brushes are driven by belts of motor. Stainless steel spindle nose is adopted.
Two water tanks and pumps provide water with three pairs of brushes separately.
Two pairs of air-knife can achieve good drying results. One is straight , the another one is tilted.
Washing and drying sections can be lifted as a whole up to 180mm, which is driven by motor and gear. The height lifted can be read by rotary coder and digital gauge.
The blower with muffle is placed on the top drying section.
The blower ,water pump, convey speed, lighting and gap between rollers can be operated on the electrical cabinet (through knob).To the glass of various sizes, it can be adjusted by up/down knob and read by digital gauge.
