1.     Features
Glass washing and drying machine is used for cleaning and air-drying of flat glass panes. There are various types available for different glass, float, coating and low-e glass with thickness 1-25mm and to width up to 3250mm, washing and drying sections can be elevated or lowered as a whole with digital display. Order can be customized.
1)       Loading section: one set of water plate is put on the loading section to wash the conveying roller .High pressed spraying device is also equipped.
2)       Washing and Drying section: Top frame supported by high strength screw can be elevated by 400mm as a whole for convenient cleaning and maintaining. Brush rollers with separate motors work steady with less noise.
3)       Drying section: the blower equipped with muffle cotton and air feeding filter screen pack for less noise and better drying conditions. The filter screen pack is easy to remove for cleaning. Air knife features its special scientific design to dry glass with cold air. Pressing roller is used for top oblique air knife to ensure smooth passage for small glass panes.
4)       Conveyor device: bevel gear for delivery rolls.
5)       Water circulation system: stainless steel material, quick coupling for drawing water tank out to clean.
6)       Control system: all function buttons are separated and clear on the panel. Conveyor system adopts frequency variation .Thickness is adjustable and digit displayed. The whole machine has scientific design. Good appearance and convenient operation. Control component comes from noted top brand.
