Upon our first Rotary Oven produced in 1989,our Company came out in2003 with a powerful Soft Air Rotary Rack Ovens.This system has a device that checks the flow of Air through the two crossed vents to supply enough air to the bottom of each tray (layer).
This action make the dough (bread of cake) rises during Baking,reduces water loss and improves the bread or Cake quality.
We have now introduced to the market our third in the series of The Soft Air Rotary Ovens in 2006.
Our Third Soft Air Rotary Oven Models are designed such a way that they can be dismantled into parts for easy access into your factory,however small your entrance is for installation by our Technicians.

Our Ovens uses Diesel and Natural Gas and are designed with special burning system that make the fuel burns well enough before expelled from the Oven.It is equipped with special automatic exhaust fan or The Diesel Oil container I made of special metal blower and so it does pose any danger to both the food andthe production environment.
Synchronizedd Control:
The timer, thermometer,heating and the rotary systems on the machine are synchronized to be responsive to each other to make the operation automatic and easier.
Broad Useage:
It is suitable for baking all kinds of Breads,cakes Pies, Crisp spread steamed-bread and Chinese-styled cakes and so on.

The oven needs vapour to work efficiently so it has been deigned to contain 8 litres of water that can be turned into vapour within 20 seconds by a superb steam system.Sufficient vapour is supplied at any time in accordance with Technical requirement to satisfy the baker's desired food quality.
Daylight Illumination:
Using daylight florescent lamp,people can really see and observe the fire to check whether the it is burning at the required level through the double-glass-door.
