SLM series curing oven for friction materials (also known as drying oven for friction 
materials, brake pad/grinding wheel curing oven, or clutch curing oven) is a high-performance product developed by us according to features of friction material industry. 
It completely meets process requirements of friction products. Especially, the inner 
temperature uniformity meets requirement of ≤±2.5℃, the national standard, absolutely. After long-term service in several domestic enterprises, each product performs excellently. It is 
applicable to production process of disc wheel, drum-type wheel, clutch disc, resin grinding wheel and partial sealing materials.

6) It is equipped with intake and exhaust valves and exhausting fan.

7) The oven adopts imported intelligent multi-program temperature controller. The heating control adopts solid-state relay featuring contactless and stepless adjusting. Customers can set temperature 
curve according to needs.

the control room.

9) The recorder can record the temperature curve during the complete course.
