This rubber vulcanization crosslinking agent used for non-halogen compounds such as chlorinated polyethylene, PVC and LvChun rubber neoprene and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chlorinated rubber, chlorine butadiene rubber vulcanization crosslinking agent. This rubber vulcanization crosslinking agent used for non-halogen compounds such as chlorinated polyethylene, PVC , neoprene and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chlorinated rubber, chlorine butadiene rubber vulcanization crosslinking agent. The curing system the sulfurization faster than Na - 22 , and the physical properties of vulcanized rubber vulcanizates are similar to  peroxide-cure systems (tear strength is larger than peroxide-cure systems).This vulcanization crosslinking agent of this system with advantages of thiourea vulcanization system and peroxide-cure systems, especially the advantages of the mold vulcanization and without using cheap aromatic oil and thiourea as plasticizers curing system and peroxide-cure systems cannot use as plasticizers meritorous.
This product have the following advantages:
Curing speed is fast and vulcanization time is short.
Can make single-component vulcanization system,short usage, and low cost.
In production process,  donot have spray frost, coke burning and the operation is safe, operation process and product made no excitant odour.
In curing tank can be directly vulcanization, vulcanization, also can be in low temperature vulcanization, suitable for injection molding machine.
The rubber products have good heat resistance,good performance storage and high tear strength .
The difference of partial sulfide of the rubber products is short, suitable for large-scale sulfide.
