SPJ-SPA Antifouling Agents has the ability to prevent the adhesion of PVC on the reactor wall. It can be used to produce PVC paste resin, with high scale preventive property meeting Japan technical requirements of SPA Scale preventive agent.

Packing and storage
1. This product is packed in iron drum lined with plastic bag (net weight: 5kg), or in accord with client's requirements. It should be placed in dry, cool, shady and ventilated warehouses.
2. Please protect it from insolation. Its guaranty period is one year if stored below 35℃. After the period, it can also be used if tested to be qualified.
Attention
This product is alkaline, so please clean it immediately with plenty of water if contacting the skin. Please use it following Labor Protection Rules of Chemicals.
Application technical
Recommended usage: Dissolve the SPJ-SPA Scale preventive agent in industrial ethanol or methanol, and then spray it to the kettle wall. The concentration should be 1.0~1.4%, mix up the scale preventive agent before using.
Recommended dosage: We usually suggest users add 120g SPJ-SPA scale preventive agent into 60L methanol (or ethanol), spray after filtering.
