Application technique

SPJ-KL High-efficient chain extending agent is a product newly developed by our company. It can be used as cross-linking agent of plastic and rubber to produce thermoplastic elastomer. It is widely used to produce paste resin through VC suspension polymerization.

Adding this chain extending agent can help to produce macromolecular PVC at the same reaction temperature, or maintain polymerization degree of low-temperature at a high temperature. Therefore, adding this chain extending agent can heighten polymerization temperature, accelerate the reaction speed, shorten the reaction time, and greatly improve the production ability of existing devices.

Meanwhile, with the reaction temperature increased, the dosage of initiator should be reduced properly, and this won’t affect the quality of the resin. So users can easily obtain significant economic benefits by using our product.

Note:

1. PSH-10: Reaction temperature is heightened from 45℃ to 50℃, and reaction time is reduced from 24hrs to 14hrs.

2. PSM-31: Reaction temperature is heightened from 50℃ to 54℃, and reaction time is reduced from 14hrs to 9hrs.EEP should be added little by little and can’t exceed 4.0.

3. Other production conditions are like before. Above conditions can be adjusted according to real production situation.

Packing and storage

1.       This product is packed in plastic drums, net weight20kg; or packed in iron drums, net weight160 kg.

2.       This product is inflammable, so please store in dry, cool and shady places, and keep it away from heat source.

3.       Don't break its package. Please keep it far away from naked fire during storage and transportation.
