Brief introduction

       This product is suit for the oilfield which has no H₂S removal equipments. The product’s removal rate of H₂S is 98% or more. The reaction product of SPJ-TL-78 and H₂S is water-soluble, can go into the water-phase in the follow-up process of dehydration demulsification. SPJ-TL-78 can be biodegraded in a short time, has no pollute to the environment.

       SPJ-TL-78 is not only good in removing H₂S from gas; it also has a good ability to removing H₂S from oilfield brine, can prevent the H₂S released from liquid-phase when the temperature, pressure and other conditions changed.

Application technical

1.       The product can be used directly or be diluted to 40-50% solution before use.

2.       The product can be sprayed into the system at well-head, or added into system at the front of the pipes.

3.       Reaction time is more than 30min.

4.       Dosage: one kilogram H₂­S needs 5-10kg SPJ-TL-78.

Packing and storage

1.       This product is packed in plastic drums, net weight is 230kg. Or packed according to the customer’s requirement.

2.       The product should be stored in cool, dry, ventilated warehouses.

3.       Guaranty period: 1 year.
