Brief introduction
       SPJ-212-1 contains a unique high-temperature anti-coking and anti-fouling component can form a protective film in the furnace tube, and then can efficiently prevent the unstable components coking in the furnace tube. If the product is added into device in the mid-run period, it can strip the coke layer and dirt layer effectively. The temperature of the furnace tube can be reduced 10 to 40 centigrade in 48hrs after the 100ppm SPJ-212-1 added. Using the product for a long-term can extend the run period of the furnace and system doubled.
       SPJ-212-1 is a non-silicon product, so there is no cracking silicide evaporating into the coking liquid product, so it will not lead to subsequent processing catalyst poisoning.

Usage
       Dilute 5 to 10 times with diesel fuel, then sprayed with a metering pump into the top of the tower or sprayed directly into the tower to mix with the raw material. The dosage should be 50-100ppm.
Packing and storage
1.       The product can be packed in 25L plastic drums or 200L long iron drums.
2.       Stored in cool, dry, ventilated warehouses. The temperature should be 10-50 degrees.
3.       Guaranty period: 1 year.
